Do I get a real street address, not a P.O. Box?
Yes. Your mailbox comes with a real street address at our Newark location, which many businesses and shipping carriers require instead of a P.O. Box.
What do I need to sign up for a mailbox?
You'll need a valid government-issued photo ID and a completed USPS Form 1583, which we can help you fill out in-store.
Can you accept packages from UPS, FedEx, and Amazon, not just USPS?
Yes. Unlike a traditional P.O. Box, your Pack N' Go mailbox can receive packages from all major carriers.
Will I be notified when mail or a package arrives?
Yes. We'll notify you as soon as something arrives so you're never left wondering or making a wasted trip.
Can a business use a mailbox as its official address?
Yes. Many local businesses use their Pack N' Go mailbox as their registered business address for mail, deliveries, and client correspondence.
